Terms of Sale

When shopping online with Sparks & Dust, we require payment to be made in full.  Please carefully select your design choices prior to ordering online.   You will need to check the dimensions of the product prior to ordering to confirm they fit within your intended space.  If you have specific questions about a product, please get in touch with us prior to ordering.

Lead Times

There are times when a product is already in stock. However mostly, products are made to order.  This means, there may be a lead time of 4-6 weeks while a product is being made especially for you.  If there are any unforeseen delays with the expected timeframe, we will always keep you in the loop.  

Delivery within Canberra

Currently delivery is only available within the Canberra region which costs an additional $30.  As Sparks & Dust do deliveries themselves, delivery can be arranged at a mutually convenient time, even during weekends or after hours. 

If you're not sure if your suburb is included in the acceptable delivery locations, please contact us prior to ordering online.  

Interstate Shipping

If you are from interstate, and require shipping, you will need to contact us prior to ordering online, as we will need to confirm the shipping costs to your destination.

Reclaimed Timber

Timber is a natural product, and each reclaimed piece will have its own distinctive character and identity.   No two products containing reclaimed timber will be completely identical, as there will be variations in weathering, colour and grain.  These are not defects, rather it means each piece has its own unique stylish and rugged appearance which adds warmth and character to a room.  For further information on maintenance, please visit the Materials & Product Care section to see if our products are right for you.  

Returns and Refunds

Items from Sparks & Dust are non-refundable and non-returnable.  Upon delivery, if you are unhappy with your product or it does not meet your expectations on arrival, you will have to contact us in writing within 7 calendar days to outline your concerns.  We will try and resolve your concerns, however no refunds will be given due to a product not fitting in a space,  or because you are unhappy with the grain/texture/colour of a reclaimed timber product.
